Project SEARCH has over 700 programs in 48 states and 10 countries around the globe Project SEARCH boasts 73% of interns find employment upon completion of their internship Project SEARCH By the Numbers

  5. What to Expect Program takes place five days a week, following the school calendar (9 months). Students complete three 10-week long internships over the school year. Individualized Transferable skills Identify interests Independent The Project SEARCH model

  6. What is the Goal? For each intern to learn skills for competitive Integrated employment within their community upon graduation The Project SEARCH model

  7. 8:50a-9a: Interns arrive independently at program site 9a-10a: Employability Skills Class taught by the Instructor 10a- 12:00: Internship Sites- supported by the Skills Trainer(s) 12:00-12:30: Lunch 12:30-2:30: Internship Sites- supported by the Skills Trainer(s) 2:30-3:00: Classroom Reflection/Planning- facilitated by the Instructor Typical Day at Project SEARCH
