The fundamentals.. Pretium Resourcing was founded by PRS to fully manage all of our clients Managed Services contracts We are a stand alone company that specialises in Managed Service Provision in the Facilities Management sector for both temporary and permanent labour resourcing Combining years of experience on the frontline of recruitment, as a supplier to external MSP s, and running our very own RPO s A neutrally based organisation that has close ties with the industries best recruiters across the UK There are no costs to ISS Group whatsoever. Our model is funded by self delivery and supplier management. Quite simply, we are here to offer ISS the very best of both worlds
How it works. Pretium will provide a single source for ISS hiring managers and internal HR teams to recruit across all ISS business sectors across the UK We will provide a dedicated team to ISS, that will utilise an existing database of over 264,000 candidates, as well as a robust network of supply partners specifically chosen to work with ISS and Pretium under agreed SLA s, and a transparent and sustainable commercial agreement Pretium will provide an online vacancy and candidate management system to manage all applications, interviews, talent pool construction and placement tracking Pretium will build/manage and interact with the ISS careers page, ensuring a fully functional experience is achieved for each candidate that applies Pretium will fully manage all of ISS Facilities Group career related social media presence. This is an essential part of ensuring that we share the success s of ISS, as well and providing a solid and easily accessible platform to share experience's and feedback
The portal. Pretium will partner with Job Science ( built on the Salesforce platform) to manage all front to back office IT functions for the ISS MSP via a fully cloud hosted environment which will include; The ISS Careers Site All role compliance, approval routing and posting Candidate registration via a single sign on secure portal Candidate CV parsing to Text Kernel (below) Job release to vendor suppliers Candidate compliance Vendor supplier compliance / auditing Interview process management Candidate on boarding pre role commencement Management Information through dashboard reporting and export reporting Consolidated invoicing ( PO driven) In addition, Text Kernel will sit within the platform to provide the AI for candidate to job searching and matching. All aspects of the MSP will be available for ISS audit and copy control at any time
The careers page ATTRACT | ENGAGE | CONVERT Pretium will assess the suitability of the ISS career s page | Drive relevant traffic to web page | Engage with visitors | Segment lists to ensure quality applicants | Make conversion simple and straight forward Attract Share relevant content on social media channels Build community via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn Email marketing from Selected lists, Talent pool lists, Segment lists and re-target Engage Content strategy Launch a monthly digital magazine Stay in touch with potential candidates Nurture opportunities and track engagement Share content on social channels Build following with relevant content Track engagement via selected metrics Newsletters to sign ups Build engagement mechanism for those who sign up Convert Drop potential candidates into talent pool After certain actions are triggered, i.e. respond to email campaign Encourage individuals to apply Offer best practice candidate content to make applying simple
Placed candidatesthe importance of aftercare Pretium will manage all offer communications and acceptance documents on behalf of ISS We will liaise with the relevant supply partner to ensure all required documents are delivered to Pretium in the correct format and timeline Pretium will also provide a check in service for candidates on the first day of the new contract Candidate monitoring will be provided on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8 and finally at week 12
Not right for the role, but right for ISS... Introducing the ISS Talent Pool Pretium understands that just because a candidate doesn't get the job, that they still may be right for ISS somewhere else With this in mind, Pretium will construct a talent pool, of all candidates that get to interview stage with ISS via the careers page, but are not immediately placed This pool can be utilised by Pretium to offer further ISS roles to these candidates As the compliance and brand awareness already exists, the time to hire is significantly reduced. Successfully placed Talent Pool candidates will be offered at a further reduced placement fee
Introducing Talent Pool BUY BACK Candidates that apply via the ISS careers page directly and then placed into the ISS talent pool can be bought back from ISS for placement elsewhere. Pretium will provide 10% of any profit made on any released candidate for a period of 6 months back to ISS This will be collated and reported back to ISS on a quarterly basis
Supply Partners Pretium will manage all supply partner candidate applications via the online portal A robust PSL will mean increased volume for compliant suppliers that are chosen by ISS, to work with Pretium and ISS Pretium can also appoint (with permission) it s own compliant Suppliers if and when required Because Pretium do most of the heavy lifting, supply partners will enjoy a reduced time to placement and less overhead in client management, making the offered commercial agreement fair and sustainable An important factor when attracting long term supply partners
Supplier Commercials Suppliers will be charged 7.5% of the invoice value before VAT* Suppliers will all enjoy the same commercial agreements Suppliers will enjoy increase volume through a robust PSL * This figure is to be confirmed after fee charging analysis is complete
ISS Commercials Pretium is funded by self delivery and supplier management Roles will be categorised (agreed with ISS) A fixed flat fee will be charged depending on what area the job role covers Example figures Soft Services 800 Admin 1200 Technical 2750 Senior 3200 Executive 5000 Fees will be determined by the historical mean average for each department that ISS has previously been charged over a period of 12 months
Volume Based Discount Pretium will provide a 5% sales rebate from all suppliers across all spend on a quarterly basis.
In summary. There has been a huge amount of change in the recruitment industry over the last 20 years. So much so, suppliers have had to evolve to keep up with the requirements set out by their clients. Its that kind of change that Pretium don t want to keep up with. We want to create it. Our aim is to be ahead of change, so we can pass every solution at the point it is created to our clients, keeping ISS ahead of the game and ensuring that they are always getting the best candidates, supporting the vision of becoming the worlds greatest service organisation.
