DISCLOSURES Successful Completion Attendance for the entire event and completion and completion of the evaluation forms are required to receive contact hours There are no relevant financial relationships for everyone in a position to control educational content (nurse planner, planners, presenters, content developers, reviewers of content, other faculty)

  6. Contact Hours An evaluation must be completed for each session attended The overall conference evaluation must also be completed Contact hours (10 hours) certificate: Face to face participants must complete evaluations end of day Monday and at completion of conference on Tuesday Virtual participants must complete evaluation no later than June 6 at midnight
