COMPANY BACKGROUND The organisation Neo-Industry PTY LTD was incorporated and established in 2016 April as an innovative, industrial and manufacturing company. Originally a two person team, the company has grown and now employs 4 professional specialising in different field to make a company a success. The organisation was established with primary objectives of creating innovative devices, creating an employment and building a strong long term relationship with client thus preparing for 4thindustrial revolution, hence POULTECH
PRODUCT & INNOVATION The product is new, innovative and assist in tracing data customer deem important. It was developed with simple intention of being able to salvage the lost information, not only information but other objects or valuable item one can attach to it. It has a hooker, it has a buzzer to make locating easier even in the dark places one can still be able to hear it. It is called POULTECH TRACKABLE MEMORY STICK WITH A BUZZER. It has 3 functions: stores information, can be tracked and has a buzzer to draw your attention to find it. It has a provisional patent which prepares it for IP.
WHY IS NOW THE GOOD TIME? We are at the of preparing for fourth industrial revolution, it is a platform to develop or redesign items that will assist us as the country to make a mark and tackle challenges that the country are faced with. We loose information and some information lost is very crucial to us that it affect us differently to a point that it causes stress which lead to so many unwanted sickness. Once you have it, you can actively log onto company website which will be printed on the package and create an account which will require you to create your credentials and give you options of who would you like to assist you to locate the device, should you forget it the company will assist you.
MARKET DEMAND Company targeted market are: lectures, Students, HOD, HR, Engineers, Technicians, Music industry, Administrators and Retail managers. REVENUES/FEASIBILITY The market price range from R 60 to R 200 due to Google storage which has cyber security restriction. Poultech has 3 functions which brings it to the range of R 80 to R 230 considering life span of a tracker, below is a table which shows price range. The sum of sold items amount to R 1 450 800 over a period of a year provided we manufacture 800 and distribute 90 device to each province. SCALABILITY The device will require electricians which will be soldering electronics, enclosure use molding injection which PDTS incubator (CUT) will handle. The competitors are overseas companies which sell only memory stick and that give the company leverage to penetrate the market. The competitors are: Wave, peacock, KB, digita, autozone, arway, alentha, chapman, mexc, eco ranger, sumsung, newtons & sandisk. The company financing expansion will chose equity financing which allow the company plan, discuss and implement as a team.
