Soho Business Alliance survey results
Participants were asked why they joined the Soho Business Alliance
Participants were asked how they first heard of SBA
Soho Business Alliance is too hospitality oriented. What s in it for retail businesses? Us retailers often feel excluded. We need to add more value for them.
Participants were asked: do you feel Soho Business Alliance is doing enough to help you? If so, why? If no, why?
It might be useful to work a bit on PR to promote what the SBA is doing and communicate how beneficial this is for all the businesses. ([You] are dealing from day- to-day practical issues to the big picture of how we would like ideally Soho to grow.)
Participants were asked: How can Soho Business Alliance improve their product offering?
The SBA needs a clear strategy and objectives. The main objective after establishment was a- fresco, with that now being the past, new objectives need to be derived and be of interest to businesses
What we offer is still hospitality biased we need a wider appeal. Maybe as a channel to WCC. Resident groups could publish a list of who they complain to we could perhaps offer help to contact the right person
Participants commented on how SBA could get more members
