COMPLIANCE 2023 CALENDAR YEAR-END REPORT
Cases referred to Compliance 126 cases were referred in total: 88 through Compliance Review Committee (CRC) 23 through Emergency CRC 15 through streamlined CE audit (bypass CRC) CRC Emergency CRC 88 23 Streamline CE audit 15 Total 126
Outcomes After triage at CRC: 32 cases were returned to program 65 Notice of Violation (NOV) letters were cleared to be issued After streamline submission: 2 cases were returned back to program After Emergency CRC: 23 cases resulted in emergency suspension orders issued
Informal Conference (IC) 38 cases were heard at an IC: 25 cases were settled after the IC 13 cases were referred to the State Office of Administrative Hearings
State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) CRC Compliance referred 13 cases either at the request of the Respondent or by the Department after an Informal Conference. All Respondents were offered the opportunity to have their case presented before an Administrative Law Judge Order NOV SOAH REFERRAL 13 SOAH IC
