The highest demand for complex needs is in Colchester (10) but a lot of the complex demand also falls under countywide and Tendring There is a need for shared accommodation in all the districts 15 10 5 0 Shared Self-Contained

For adults with non-complex needs, 76% of the un-met demand is for shared accommodation, primarily in Colchester and Tendring. There is a preference for self-contained accommodation in the cohort of adults looking for a placement at the current time. From the adults with no identified option, 2 of them are seeking self-contained accommodation. Highest demand for accommodation is in Chelmsford
