  2. Provided by IRM through the awarding of a grant for $15,000 Restrictions of the grant required that funds be used to purchase LT key codes No money was given directly to students (so students were not reimbursed)

  3. Students who have declared a COE major Students who have a 2.5 GPA or higher Due to the grant allowing the funds, non-COE majors cannot be funded Students apply on-line through the LT website Application form Copy of transcript Letter of student need

  4. Ashleigh Bullivant (coordinator of scholarships) TBA due to resignation Barbara Ridener (Dept. chair with largest # of students in LT) Bob Shockley (Dept. chair with 2ndlargest # of students in LT) Patty Kirsch (Director of Assessment Eliah Watlington (Associate Dean)

  5. Individual committee members reviewed applications Individuals on the committee submit their decisions electronically If there was dissention, the committee discussed via phone conference.

  6. No scholarships were awarded at this time The grant was submitted in Fall, 2009 and awarded in mid-spring, 2010
