Data Capture Primary mechanism is through SDAU LA returns process Data completed by LAs onto quarterly schedules and returned to the DHPLG for validation. Validation process includes cross-checking against DHPLG systems and engaging directly with LAs and AHBs to confirm data HAP data is collated and managed by the SSC SHCEP data managed through internal system and constantly validated with LAs through New Units claims and annual amendments process 7 An Roinn Tith ochta, Plean la agus Rialtais iti il | Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government
Data Capture RAS data is managed by the DHPLG and reconciled on a quarterly and an annual basis Voids data is managed by the DHPLG in conjunction with LAs Part V is managed through the SDAU process 8 An Roinn Tith ochta, Plean la agus Rialtais iti il | Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government
Delivery Date Different interpretations of delivery. Necessary depending on the particular scheme: Acquisitions under LA or CAS led programmes are counted from the closing date of the contract to purchase. Acquisitions under CALF are effective date of the P&A Construction/Build under LA/CAS led programmes are counted when the keys are handed over to the LA & the ESB meter has been connected.
