Would you Rather? Would you rather Instructional Routine
I would rather ride because Students might say: I would rather ride a unicycle to Forest Park. It s probably harder to ride a unicycle, but it s a closer distance. I know that 3/8 is less than 3/4 because eighths are a smaller part of the whole than fourths.
Or they might say.....I would rather ride my bicycle to Shafer Lake. I drew a number line to compare 38 to 34 and I know that Shafer Lake is farther away because 38 is less than one-half, but 34 is more than one-half. I love riding my bike and I love swimming in a lake. Riding a bicycle is probably easier than a unicycle, so even though it s farther, I think it will be a quicker ride because I don t think I ll fall off as much.
