Making Meaning Together Consistent Demonstration of Respect Observational Learning Embrace Individual Perspectives Find Opportunities to Cross-Collaborate (Where it makes Sense) Look for commonalities Not stereotypes Take intentional time to pray collectively (Common Ground) And .

  8. Consistent Communication!!! Take time to learn those who you are serving in ministry with Communicate strengths and weaknesses Be open to constructive criticism feedback Work hard a communicating the Pastor s Voice (Vision)
