The name of the sheep comes from an island which is found in zmir. The producers characterize them as a 'queen of the sheeps .
They have long tail with low fat rate. Shape of the tail looks like a triangle. Type of the Body ; White and thick wools with black dots on legs and head
Mammals are big and developed for lactation. Male sheeps has a strong and spiral shaped horns although females don't have.
They need special care but they reward this with a high level of milk production, long lactation period, and good lambing season. They can get pregnant when they reach to 7-9 month.
