IN WHICH OUR FIRMS OPERATES Productive system: based on the tertiary sector Commerce (29,47%) Services (17,26%) e Turism (7,76%) rappresen 54,5% of whole productive system Agriculture waits as services (17,36%), followed by Costruction sector (12,10%) and Industrial sector (7,71%) The construction sector continues to record decreases (-0.4% compared to 2016), while tourism and services recorded the most significant increases in the stock compared to 2016. 2

IN WHICH OUR FIRMS OPERATES The Artisan Sector with 11,741 companies represents 17.19% of the provincial entrepreneurial system. (17.55% at the end of 2016 with 11.880 companies). This sector continues to suffer a contraction greater than that reported for other sectors. According to our studies made on the data of the business register, the growth rate calculated at the end of 2017 is equal to -1.17%, certainly a reduced contraction compared to the five- year period 2011-2015. The rate of degrowth was worse than the regional average (-0.53%), and national average (-0.85%). 3

Internal audit of 2017 of the organizationalwellness (evaluation criteria from 1-bad- to 6 - excellent) employees of the institution are proud to work for their institution (5 out of 6) employees highlight that the strategic objectives of the Chamber are shared and made known to staff (4.97 out of 6) the evaluation of employees towards their managers regarding the recognition of the work performed is positive (5.20 out of 6) the employees evaluation on the professional skills of their managers is high (5.20 out of 6)

Internal audit of 2017 of Customer Satisfaction Interviews on site revel high level of satisfaction (89% of positive judgements = 39% Very good + 50% Excellent) Interviews online: 45% express a very good or excellent ha espresso giudizi tra molto buono e ottimo .
