Internal DEMO Driver Board NG Analysis
One of the 4 demos shows abnormal projection on the projector screen due to re-work on the driver board causing impedance mismatch. The abnormal projection follows a fixed demo board. Further analysis reveals connection distortion and re-work traces on the DMD connector of the abnormal driver board.

Internal DEMO Driver Board NG Analysis One of the 4 demos has an abnormal projection when light on the projector. We did cross- validation, and the abnormal projection followed the fixed Demo board. Internal DEMO Driver Board NG Analysis Appearance check for 3# Demo From the appearance, the DMD connector of this abnormal driver board has traces of re-work, and the connector is seriously deformed due to re-work. Preliminary analysis is that the impedance mismatch at the connection caused by re-work causes the screen to be abnormal.
