International cooperation between Programme Countries & Partner Countries Programme Countries Partner Countries EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom Other countries except: All other countries worldwide (almost) except Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican and the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.   5. What is international credit mobility? International opening of Erasmus 135,000 grants over 6 years (2015-2020) Around EUR 140 Million for the call 2018 (comparing to 130 Million last call) For students and staff (for learning, teaching and training) Action managed by National Agencies located in Programme Countries (Decentralised action) Erasmus+

  7. Managing mobility projects Each National Agency established in each Programme Country has a budget. The HEI in a Programme Country applies on behalf of the partnership to its National Agency. 16 or 24 months to organise mobilities. Budget : Organisation support, Living allowance, Travel Erasmus+

  8. Types and duration Students: from 3 months (or academic term) up to a maximum of 12 months in each study cycle ( from 2 months for traineeships) All levels (short cycle, Bachelor, Master, PhD) All disciplines Staff: from 5 days up to 2 months Academic and Administrative Erasmus+

  9. New Monthly rate has been increased by 50from call 2018. Introduction of traineeships (SMP P for Placement): 2 months minimum or 3 months if combined with a study period. Name of the non-HEI partner organisation will not be compulsory in the application form Special learning/mobility agreement (tripartite or quadripartite) Scheme will not be open to recent graduates Open to 'Invited Staff to/from Enterprise

  10. How to apply For Institutions Deadline: 1 February 2018 Partner Countries: discuss inter-institutional agreements with Programme Country partners (based on previous relationships, new needs, ). The Programme Country Institution should apply on behalf of the partnership to its National Agency.
