  3. How Do We Achieve This? Best Friends Does NOT mean BFF There are things you NEVER share with friends To keep you, your friends, and your family safe be cautious Would you give someone the key to your house?

  5. Keeping Your Family Safe Speak UP! Tell the family about not sharing private information NEVER click on links within email NEVER share Wi-Fi password or even User ID NEVER give your birthday or other information on social media

  8. Basic Rules of Internet Etiquette Help others (share what you know, NOT what you are!) Practice strong password protection (next slide) Never be a troll (never write anonymous what you could not say aloud) NEVER (EVER) break into someone s account for any reason! Strong Passwords Tips Use a phrase that only you would know I love my parents and they love me Take the first letter of the words iLmpatlM (change some to uppercase) Change the i to 1 and the a to @ - 1Lmp@tlM You could also have 4 words that are not associated: HorseStapleBatteryLog Easy to remember and hard to break (harder than the last one!) Add a few numbers (NOT birthday or age) to the end to increase strength
