Project application 2 Steps submission: STEP 1: submission of Concept note (via e-mail) STEP 2: submission of full application form (concept notes over 70 points, falling within the financial allocations - via JeMS) Deadline for submission of concept notes: 3rd of March 2025 Working group comprised by MA, NA and JS members helping the beneficiaries to draft the full application form Proposed deadline for submission of full application form: 1 month following the MC decision
Project application Step 1: The deadline for submitting the Concept Notes is the 3rd of March 2025 (16 o clock, Romanian local time) via e-mail: ipacbc@brct-timisoara.ro romania-serbia@mdlpa.gov.ro. Only Concept Notes within the financial allocations of this call for proposals will be invited to draft a full application form

Durability and transferability of project results Some outputs/deliverables should be used by relevant groups (project partners or others) after the project's lifetime, in order to have a lasting effect on the territory and the population. For example, new practices in urban transport need to be used by local authorities to have cleaner air in the city, and the whole population will benefit from this. Please describe how your outputs/deliverables will be used after the project ends and by whom. Some outputs/deliverables that you will deliver could be adapted or further developed to be used by other target groups or in other territories. Please describe what will you do to make sure that relevant groups are aware of your outputs/deliverables and are able to use them?
