Whats Due and When SMART Goals Plan (Pg. 46 in NC SC Evaluation Manual)- Send to Erica by (October 23, 2020) Do a plan for two goals Choose one of your two goals and complete the DCS Impact Plan (Action Plan) for it! Have completed by November 3, 2020 Annual Agreement (Pg. 47-48 in NC SC Evaluation Manual)- Bring to November 3, 2020 meeting! Complete all parts except: Advisory Council Planning/Results Work with your School Social Worker and Principal to create a schedule for office hours and communicate that schedule to students. (This is so that students on full remote and plan B remote will know who, how and when they can contact a counselor/social worker! Make sure to put emergency school number on there so that they know they can call anytime and speak with someone.
