Associate Professor Kristina Misheva, PhD in Law, from the Faculty of Law at Goce Delcev University, will be delivering a lecture on the development of Macedonian company law within different legal systems, including discussions on unifications of the law in the context of various political systems. The presentation will cover general questions about Macedonian company law and explore the company law frameworks in different legal systems such as common law and civil law. The distinctions between civil law systems and representative countries like Germany, Spain, and France will also be highlighted.

Lake County Fresh-Water Laboratory 30 years of research has not resulted in a management plan. Present recommendations are for more research and monitoring. Monitoring is a feedback loop of a management plan. A local lab for local requirements will support a unified plan. The Lucerne Castle has been designated for college/community conference center. Local, research and teaching needs would support operational costs. The Castle vision would focus all efforts to rejuvenate the region.
