TRMS 2.13.0 Updates 1. 2062/3161 Verbiage 2. Inventory updated to include Cyclic/Sensitive by LIIN/NIIN 3. Improved Kit Maintenance to include creating inventory discrepancies for children and updating the Last Date Inventoried for child assets.
Inventory updated to include Cyclic/Sensitive by LIIN/NIIN 1. Enter a Description and select a Hand Receipt Number as normal. 2. Select an Inventory Type (INV Type) from the drop-down menu.
Improved Kit Maintenance 1. Added a Last Inventory Date column so users can see all the LIDs for each child. 2. Moved the Update Last Inv Date Kit Items button to the top of Kit Maintenance. 3. Added the ability to create inventory discrepancies to the red X.
Improved Kit Maintenance: Update Last Inv Date Kit Items 1. Click the Update Last Inv Date Kit Items gold button. 2. Select an Inventory Type (INV Type) from the drop-down menu.
Improved Kit Maintenance: Create Inv Discrepancy/ Remove from kit 1. Click the red X. 2. Select Remove From Kit or Inventory Discrepancy.
Improved Kit Maintenance: Create Inv Discrepancy 3. Click Ok to create the Inventory Discrepancy. 4. Current Status is then set to Inv Discrepancy, and a TTD is created on the home screen.
Improved Kit Maintenance: Create Inv Discrepancy 5. Clicking the blue arrow will take you to a screen that will allow you to Create Shortage From Loss or Return To In Stock.
