Tenant Eligibility All proposed tenants have to meet NRH eligibility to be on our waitlist (see www.nrh.ca for more details) At least 16 years of age At or below the annual maximum Household Income Limits (HILs) see RFP Documentation on tenant files (may be subject to audit) No annual income reviews required (just verification of initial incoming HIL)
