November 2019 doc.: IEEE 15-19-0516-00-0vat Needs for IoT/IoL Based Notification Service Management System Needs Today, we use several delivery services, and the truck is the main delivery vehicle among others. The truck driver needs to keep managing the best status of their truck for carrying work whenever. The truck service center need to provide best service to drivers, which can fix a problem correctly and efficiently. We introduce a solution to enhance the environment condition of the service center by utilizing IoT/IoL technology. Basic Concept Using an IP camera, the service center manager can watch the real- time center situation locally or remotely. The driver receives various information such as the symptom of his truck, repair time through LED light.
