  2. What your project is about? You can choose one of these 2 questions to answer: 1- How Ramadan is celebrated around the world? 2- How COVID-19 and Ramadan look like in UAE?

  3. Why are you doing this project? You have been involved in the distance learning for the last 8 weeks, you have learned many topics, it s your chance to show your skills in completing a project which is related to a real life situation. Also, this project is part of your final grade in Islamic Education.

  4. How to do this project? You are free to choose the presentation form, you can do it on PPT, IMOVIE, Book creator or Prezi. You can do it as an interview with someone, role-play or writing an article of 1000-1500 words( academic writing rules apply)

  5. What to include in your final product? 1- Clear ideas, facts, evidences from Quran and Sunnah, your personal opinion and views, your reflection. 2- Facts, references, links, videos, pictures, maps (for visual presentations) 3- Historical facts about Ramadan and Fasting, how Fasting in other religions? 4- Comparison between Fasting in Islam and other religions. 5- Clear ideas about UAE s policies and procedures during COVID- 19.

  6. When is the deadline? You can submit your final product by or before 14.06.2020

  7. Rubrics for your project: Mrs. AL Bashir will share with you these rubrics in our lesson.
