Ito Group Test FPC and PWB for ACF Evaluations ITO CORPORATION
Test PWB1 Four Bonding Areas 1. 150um 2. 200um 3. 400um 4. 600um 50 lines total at each bonding area. Outside 5 lines of each area are pass-through circuits. Inside 40 lines of each area daisy- chain through Test FPC1. Note that if all sides are used, the circuits all become continguous. If any three sides are used, each circuit can be tested separately www.ito-group.com
Test PWB1 Construction 18um Cu with 2-3umNi and 0.03um Au 1.0mm FR4 LPI SMBOC (Green) www.ito-group.com
Test FPC1 Test FPC1 is designed to be able to be cut at each step and used separately at each of the bond sites, or may be used whole. If the customer desires the FPC to be cut prior to shipment, this can be done for an extra USD0.20/FPC. www.ito-group.com
