Records & Applications Associate Handbook, HR Policies & POSH Policy are available on the Corporate Intranet (ITTI Inside) a must read for all Associates Timesheet System mandatory for all Associates to fill in their daily Activities, on a daily / weekly basis. Your reporting senior will approve your Timesheet on a weekly basis the Timesheet System is available on the Corporate Intranet. Competency Management System it is mandatory for all Associates to enter / update their Competencies / Skills / Certifications, periodically, into HumanITTI. Periodic updates will happen on the advice of HR Dept. / PH. HumanITTI is ITTI s HR, Leave Management, Competency Management & Payroll system. Biometric System has been placed in the reception/ front office and it is mandatory for all Associates to punch in and out every day. Access system is placed in office entrance, and it is mandatory to enter and exit using access card. No tail gating is permitted.

Associate Referral Policy ELIGIBILITY Referral policy will be applicable to candidates with 6 months experience onwards Referral fee will be equivalent to 15 days monthly Gross (excluding Loyalty bonus, annual benefits, Employer PF, additional pay if any etc.), of the candidate who has newly joined. Referral is payable in 2 instalments first payment (50%) within one month of candidate s joining and 2nd payment (50%) at the end of 6 months of candidate joining (provided candidate continues in service). In case the candidate is found unfit, post the recruitment, within 3 months, the 2nd instalment will not be paid. In case the candidate s credentials were proved wrong, the referral fee paid, if any, will be recovered. Taxes, as applicable, will be applicable on the referral fee and will be paid along-with salary. Referral Bonus is not applicable for the Associates who are converted from Contract to regular employment. In case of referring ex-ITTIans who left the organization the same slabs will be applicable. However, there should be a minimum of 1 year gap, from the between date of exit and date of re-joining. Also, it will not be counted for the purpose of total head count, and the additional fee to be paid.
Associate Referral Policy continued.. To encourage, internal references, those refer more candidates will be eligible for additional payment as mentioned below, upon identified candidates successfully clearing our recruitment process and joining the organization and completing one year of service from the date of joining. There should not be any influence by any means to recruit the referred candidates, and if found, will be handled appropriately. * 3 candidates, in a span of 12 months Rs.15 000/- * 5 candidate, in a span of 12 months Rs.25,000/- * More than 7, in a span of 12 months - Rs.50,000/- The above is applicable for only full-time employment/ recruitment and not for short term engagements. This is applicable even to Sr management team members. * With regards to referring the freshers, an amount of Rs.6000 per person, will be paid. However, this amount will be paid only after 6 months, after evaluating the performance of the fresher (based on his learning through training etc.).

Organizational Training Technical Internal or External Soft skills Training needs are identified by PH / PM, during Appraisals etc. Training Calendar is published on the Corporate Intranet, so that Associates, at all locations (including Customer sites), are aware of the planned Trainings for 6 months, at ITTI offices The Monthly Training Plan is hosted on the Corporate Intranet, at the beginning of the month It is mandatory for Associates to attend the training in a year as per below: To allocate at least 2% of time for Training with respect to each employee, whose total experience is between 0 and <=2 years To allocate at least 1% of time for Training with respect to each employee, whose total experience is between >2 and <=5 years. And above 5 years is not mandatory but on need basis. Training Coverage for employees between 0 and <=5 years of total experience to be >/= 20% every quarter and >/=90% in a Financial year cumulatively The Company encourages Associates to achieve professional Certifications (please refer Training & Certification Policy) The material for Training courses is managed, controlled and maintained by the HR Dept.
Attire & Work Hours Official Attire Monday to Friday Business casuals/ Jeans, T-shirts, Casual wear Home wear and sneakers are not permitted for Men Attire must be neat, clean and well ironed Footwear must be clean and well maintained Working Hours Workweek is from Monday to Friday Regular office timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a lunch break between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. We have introduced Flexible time and Work from Home facility with prior approval from HOD. Please refer our HR Policy & Associate handbook for more information. Prior approval from HOD/ PM to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
