New Features Meetings in the Web A new screen has been added to thew Web called Meetings, which is controlled via permissions. This screen allows users to schedule meetings and recurring meetings on to employees schedules. This feature is similar to the Meeting Planner tool found in the Schedules page on the main client. .
New Features Meetings in the Web To create a new Meeting 1. Select the New Meeting button located at the top right of the screen, or simply drag your mouse over the dates and times you would like to add the meeting (similar to Outlook).

A new window ill appear where you can add the following information: Title of the meeting Date Start and End time The Activity you want to plan Location Participants (select the employees) Agenda Information about the meeting Recurrence To set this to repeat Internal Note (Only visible to planners) 3. Click Save to add the meeting
New Features Meetings in the Web The meeting will show in Teams and the Schedules view in WFM. NOTE Meetings that are created in the Meetings module in the client cannot be managed in the web Meetings tool, and meetings that are created in the web Meetings tool cannot be managed in the Meetings module in the client. You can only modify meetings using the same method/screen the meetings were created in.
New Features Adherence Per Agent Report The modified Adherence per Agent Report now includes the following information in addition to the employees Adherence % score: Late for work The hours and Minutes and employee was late for their shift. Time in shift Total time for all scheduled activities In adherence Hours and Minutes in Adherence Neutral adherence Hours and Minutes of Neutral Adherence Out of adherence Hours and Minutes Out of Adherence
New Features Schedule Audit History The New Schedules View now provides a view of the Schedule History and what action was taken to that schedule. 1. 2. To access this view, select the Schedules screen from Teams and select the employee you want to view the details for Next to the employees Name you will see a clock icon Schedule history 3. Select Schedule History to get a view of the changes made to that employees schedule and the process/screen used to make the change. **Schedules were introduced in version 8.9.632 (May 2021) and can be found by clicking on Schedules in the top right of Teams in the web.
