Strategic Guidance Team Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on K9 Team operational goals, directions, and priorities. Finance Committee Develop and maintain K9 Team strategic plan, which includes budget priorities mapped for a 2-4 year horizon. Develop and manage budgets that support strategic plan priorities. Conduct and coordinate fund-raising. Membership: 4-5 senior K9 team members. Membership: Treasurer, Fund Raising Focal, others as needed. Advise on training needed to use equipment. Recommend procedures for equipment deployment to team members. Organize equipment storage and maintain K9 Locker at TL. Manage equipment inventory per SCVSAR policies and procedures.
