Development Goal(s) Finances: Capitalisation needs to be improved. Longer term contracts but dependent on certain CPs being fulfilled each year.
Development Goal(s) Marketing: Internally: In the Network RRs are not an ICM; it needs to be marketed as something simple (because it is). Some NGs cannot organise due to finances and internal issues. IB should go to groups instead of doing calls. Do survey about the RR with business consultancy. Externally: Website and MKT report (pics, graphs, 6 p.) present to sponsors Students do not know the Competition and LGs need to be more involved contacting profs in int law. Profs select the team from their best students and the uni can pay for participation. LGs can promote through mini moot, seminars etc. Website: Needs to look professional. Get freelance help. Show students how rewarding the Competition is. Students are not aware of the Competition we need to start from the LGs. Officers need knowledge of the MCCs. Raising awareness within Local Boards. Contacting profs and unis directly.
Development Goal(s) Stabilisation and expansion: 1-2 new RRs do survey to figure out where we should focus. Fundraising: Long term partnerships should be discussed with Council.
