VERIFICATION OF PAYEE La nouvelle r glementation relative l IP a pour but de favoriser et am liorer la p n tration du virement instantan sur le march . Elle introduit notamment l obligation de Verification of Payee Date d entr e en vigueur : 8 avril 2024 Date d application pour les PSP de la zone Euro : au 9 octobre 2025 Scheme EPC Verification of Payee L EPC pr pare la mise en place d un scheme Verification of Payee visant faciliter la mise en uvre du service et l interconnexion des PSP l chelle europ enne Un Rulebook et un document de recommandations sur l algorithme de matching seront publi s Ces documents, actuellement en version DRAFT sont soumis consultation publique depuis le 20 f vrier et jusqu au 19 mai 2024 La publication de la premi re version du Rulebook et des recommandations est pr vue pour septembre 2024, avec date d application septembre 2025 France PaymentsForum, Pay Tech Day, 25 avril 2024 Page 2
