Market Based Approach / Business Modell: Distribution/Retail of SHS is a commercially viable activity for private enterprises, Financing schemes must be available Good coordination between grid extension plans and (pre) off-grid electrification Financial & Economical Sustainability Good quality systems essential to keep users satisfied After-sales services must be available Quality control / certification and monitoring has been successful in other countries Organised waste disposal is important to avoid risks for population and nature Technical & Environmental sustainability
