  5. PATIENT INFORMATION DAY- FEEDBACK 28 potential recipients/ donors/ family members attended Thank you for organising today. I found it really useful and was really pleased to come along. Thank you for a very informative day. Feeling great and looking forward to the op. - potential donor Really positive session. Covered all topics and our questions were answered. Lots of info to take away. Thank you all so much all speakers were interesting and informative and also very reassuring. I am leaving today feeling very positive. PREMS FEEDBACK/ INTERVIEW 15 questionnaires sent out to sample of patients transplanted/ live donors within last 18 months. 8 returned anonymously- recognise small sample of opinions Overall positive feedback but comments didn t always match the scoring Overall positive feedback but comments didn t always match the scoring Feedback: Feedback: - Donors Donors- - didn t always know where they were in the work-up; results slow to come back; levels of comfort when attending renal appointments- due to having to attend different hospitals for work-up. - Recipients Recipients- - 1 felt wasn t given enough support to discuss living donation with friends and family; 2 felt they might not have received enough information to understand what decisions involved.
