  4. Warrior Pose To Adapt: Use ball as a physical prompt and place at shoulder length - Pupil to reach towards the ball facing forwards

  5. Downward Dog To Adapt: Use ball as a physical prompt and place downwards - Pupil to reach towards the ball reaching downwards

  6. Cobra Pose To adapt: Use ball as a physical prompt and place upwards - Pupil to reach towards the ball reaching upwards

  7. Tree Pose To adapt - Pupils to be supported to raise knees one at a time
