Lafayette County Elementary School Collective Commitment In order to achieve the shared vision of our school, LCES faculty and staff have made the following collective commitments. We will: Be a positive, contributing member of our school Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for our students and staff. Speak and act respectfully toward our students and staff. Address behaviors that conflict with the goal of achieving our mission. Commit to teach the agreed-upon guaranteed and viable curriculum with fidelity. Use data from common formative assessments to monitor each student s learning and reflect on our professional practice. Take collective responsibility for all students by developing a system of intervention and enrichment.
