What does my Academic Advisor do? to graduate according to plan. N213 N213 N213 N110 N110 Academic Advisors partner with students and parents to shepherd students from enrollment to graduation. Academic Advisorswork diligently to seat students in the correct courses each year so that they remain on path Academic Advisors seat transfer students in the courses required to maintain their transfer status. We work with students and par ents to choose endorsements and seat students in the courses required to earn those endorsements, when possible. We seat students in courses required to earn the FHSP Diploma at the Distinguished Level of Achievement, the IB Certificate, and/or the IB Diploma. Academic Advisors host several evening Parent Education events each year. At these events, Advisors present information, and take questions both whole group and then individually - on a wide variety of topics as they

If a student applies to college, or makes any request in Naviance in the 2nd semester, the student should email his/her Advisor so the Advisor knows you have made a request that needs attention. Students may get assistance with Naviance and Common App M-F before and after school and during lunch.
