Right to Information Act, 2005 Important Provisions of RTI Section 2(f) Defines information - By material in any form including Records, Documents, E-mails, Memos, Opinions, Advices, Circulars, Orders, Logbooks, Reports, data material hold in any electronic form and information relating to any private Presentation by Dr. C.C Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary, body which can be accessed by a public authority. Odisha Experience Much before RTI Act, 2005, Revenue & DM Department, Govt. of Odisha was providing information to the public through Certified Copies of RoR, Certified Copies of Order Sheet of Case Records under Orissa Records Manual. Point wise Discussion I. Types of Information being sought by the Information Seekers Copy of RoR. Notification of Acquisition of land.
