Welcome Bennie Tinson, MPP LARCA Executive Director
We represent Los Angeles County Board & Care facilities dedicated to providing housing and services to residents living with serious mental illness on public benefits.
Our Core Functions Advocacy Education Trainings LARCA will serve as a lead interface for licensed Board & Care facilities that serve the most vulnerable populations of residents with legislators, regulators, and policy makers to fund and protect resources. LARCA will provide education programs for existing and prospective future owners and operators to enhance the sustainability of Board & Care facilities, keeping vital community resources available. LARCA will build its program service offering and develop access to supplemental resources that enable owners, operators, and residents of our Board & Care facilities improve, thrive, and survive.
