Regional Culture Strategy: Investing in Pacific Cultures 2010-2020 Pacific Plan Objective 11.1 Developed by Council of Pacific Arts and Culture homegrown strategy under implementation already Endorsed by Ministers of Culture in July 2012 Goal 1, Objective 1.4 Develop, collect and mainstream cultural statistics
