(Even when we don t have the BIG $$$) -GMAC/New or Personnel change shared checklist -Health Insurance enrollment -Teacher resources tab -New Teacher Orientation -payroll process/ongoing assessment/Google Sheets -Personnel Report (Monthly) Google Sheet/Shared -ALL Meeting Agendas/Google Doc shared with participants!
STUDENT-CENTERED DECISION-MAKING! EDUCATING TEACHERS Accountability and high expectations created by a rigorous teaching rubric: -Do 1styear teachers really know what they re doing? -We have detailed orientation and pay them for 3 days of work (1 HR/2 Curriculum) Our different departments work together in Cluster to mentor one another and share ideas All these practices take away from a person as an island on their own and begins the process of peer pressure and support for one another! Truly getting more bang for your buck!!
