Hour 19 Surah Baqrah and Passive Participle
Hour 18 Recap We studied Surah Baqrah verses 8-9 We will ponder over its meanings from next salah Grammar Active Participle (different forms) Stop on every Ayah and imagine our response from Allah lets make Dua to Allah and lets approach this hour with firm belief that Allah will make it easy for us
Introduction We will learn the verses 10-11 from Surah Baqrah Grammar: Passive Participle At the end of this lesson will learn 160 words which come in Quran almost 22,444 times Attendance is very important
Surah Baqrah Verse 10-11 Allah talks about the disease in the hearts of the hypocrites Allah continues to speak about the behaviors of the hypocrites It also mentions the replies they would give and how they would try and justify their actions

Continued The signs of a hypocrite are three: when he speaks, he lies; when he is trusted, he proves dishonest; and when he promises, he breaks his promise (Hadith) Lets remove these bad actions as they do not befit to a character of a believer, as they are the signs of a hypocrite Remove bad actions from your life BEFORE they turn in to BAD HABITS For every good reason there is to lie, there is a better reason to tell the truth

What is the change I want to see in the world, ask yourself, lets see if I can make this change first in my own family 3. Then we do Islah within our community
Continued A person who is engaged in Islah (rectifying and reforming) Allah promises them in the Quran they shall have no fear and nor shall they grieve Fear of the future and being so sorry of what happened yesterday, these two things destroys a persons life So Allah says if you are engaged in Islah, then you shall have no fear and nor shall you grieve

Phew Alhumdulillah We have completed Surah Baqrah verses 10-11, Without Allah s help it would not have been possible, so lets say Alhumdulillah Let s start to ponder over what we have learnt so far in our Salah, and lets abstain from bad habits, and engage ourselves in rectifying and reforming, starting from our ownself
