Drug Trafficking It is the process by which individuals provide illegal drugs to the public. It include distribution as well as manufacturing also. At global level individuals largely trade drugs like fentanyl over the dark web 2
Laws for Drug Trafficking Article 47 of Indian Constitution. NDPC Act 1985 United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1988. 3
Punishment Imprisonment for a term which may extend to 6 months, or with fine which may extend to 2lakh or with both. The inclusion of the death penalty for certain repeat crimes. 4
Offence using Internet Hacking Data manipulation Malware Stalking, etc. 5
Motive Economic Gain Publicity To test the skill. 6
Laws for Internet Crime UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration Convention on Cybercrime ,2001(Budapest Convention) IT Act, 2000
Punishment Imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 years, or with fine which may extend to 2lakh or with both. Imprisonment up to life.
Area of Improvement Don t answer the question like Typosquatting. Very Dynamic and need to amendment time to time. People Awareness need to be increase.
