ESHB 2421 (Tarleton) State reimburse counties for prorated state and federal share of primary and general elections in even-numbered years. Counties will be required to produce of a local voter's pamphlet before each primary, general, or special election. Allows counties to assume responsibilities of the district and impose an additional levy.
