We can also facilitate the change of mindset towards student-centred learning methods and support local stakeholders to utilize available online learning possibilities. We can support local teacher education institutes in development of new programmes, teaching methods, trainers competences and digital learning content in Portugese. We can support local institutions to gain full benefits of digitalization by taking into use modern online education system and educating local institutions to create online courses.
