As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance.
But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written:

Holy The root meaning from the Hebrew and Greek is to be separate or set apart, complete, without flaw or fault.
God is above and separate from creation. God not only created what has been made but He also sustains all things. He perfect and complete in all things.
Why does God call us to be Holy?
Be holy, because I am holy. "
