Local Health Annual Report 2017 10 Essential Services Data *32 (46%) LHDs reported that they provide all 10 ES in 2017 compared to 18 (25%) in 2016 *Of the 31 LHDs: * 2 part-time (10%) * 14 full-time (42%) * 16 districts (80%) *Overall, health districts reported providing more of the essential services compared to the municipal LHDs with the part-time LHDs providing the least.
