  1. Project began in 2004, announced at NOAC 2006, and initially released on January 1, 2007. Forty nine releases since initial release. 277 of 278 lodges are using LodgeMaster.

  2. System works well and offers much more flexibility than previous versions. No custom reporting across entire database. Uses Silverlight. No member portal functionality.

  3. From time to time, in written and oral statements, we discuss our expectations regarding future events and our plans and objectives for future operations. These forward-looking statements generally are accompanied by words such as "anticipate," "believe," "could," "estimate," expect," "forecast," "intent," "may," "possible," potential," "predict," "project" or other similar words, phrases or expressions. Forward-looking statements involve a number of risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to vary from our expectations because of factors such as, but not limited to, competitive and general economic conditions domestically and internationally; acts of terrorism, war, governmental action, natural disasters and other Force Majeure events; changes in the legal and regulatory environment; our restructuring activities; currency fluctuations; changes in customer demand; and the other risks and contingencies detailed within this website, various reports and our other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify forward-looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise.

  4. Same architecture and tools. Reuses much of the same code, concepts and reports of the previous version. Much of the backend that makes everything work does not need major updates.

  5. Web (HTML / Javascript) based, no more Silverlight. Similar in design to current version. Usable in any modern browser desktop, tablet, phone.

  6. For offline version, server will need to be on a Windows computer, but any other browser on same Wi-Fi can access it. Offline installed similar current version. Different SQL version. Only one computer needs offline install. All functionality available both online and offline.

  7. Online member portal: Will allow members to view and update their own member information. Members will be able to register for events (integration with payment systems coming later). Communication preferences.
