Measure A TAP Implementation: Los Angeles County Safe, Clean Neighborhood Parks and Beaches Measure of 2016 Parks and Open Spaces Are Good For Families and Their Communities Parks and Open Spaces Are Good For Families and Their Communities Access To Parks and Open Spaces Is Not Similar Across Los Angeles County These Same Communities Are Often Impacted By Poverty and High Environmental Pollution RPOSD Technical Assistance Resources Are Available For These Communities The goal is: Help cities get Measure A funding for projects in Park High-Need or Very-High-Need 1 communities. TAP Services a) b) c) Limited to eligible projects serving park high-need or very-high-need Study Areas; Qualified Vendors providing services and consulting in established skill categories ; Planning and Design funds and an assigned Case Manager (TBD) 4.
