Important Points Activity Action Data Transfer from OMMS Maintenance Agreement no. must be entered correctly in OMMAS Creation of login credentials Re-registration required Entry of Maintenance Rates (NIT) NIT details shall be ported from eMarg (MP), but re- verification required by Head Office Data verification (Basic details) 1. No correction required Freezing by AM/Sub Eng., final locking by GM 2. Correction required Flag the same to CDAC, CDAC will allow correction Re-verification by PIU and final locking by GM

  9. Important Points Activity Action Registration of contractors 1. Data of at least one package of the contractor should have been freezed after verification By AM/Sub Engg. 2. Data Entry of previous expenditure 1. This can be done after basic data are locked by GM 2. AO to keep record of road wise cumulative expenditure ( Gross and Net) made manually Plus through eMarg (MP) and serial no of last bill paid (Before shifting to eMarg (National) and make entry Road Registration 1. One time activity for a road to be done by any of the PIU officials 2. Pre-requisite for routine inspection and performance evaluations

Action Activity Action Login Credentials of PIU officials Gms to forward list of officers to whom user accounts to be created (No login is to be created for Data Entry operator) Implementation 1. MPRCP and PMGSY II roads 2. Make sure that maintenance agreement details are entered correctly in OMMAS NIT details in portal Head Office to make entry Data verification by PIU Immediately after data ported in to the portal Data freezing and locking As per provision in portal As soon as data of at least one package is freezed by AM/Sub Engg Contactor s registration
