Rules Rules Replacing 1st, 2ndand 3rdplace with Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Grading is done on a curve Top score = Platinum Top score minus 10 = Gold Top score minus 20 = Silver Top score minus 30 = Bronze
Rules Rules Council size no longer considered A small percentage of councils are large, meaning we were awarding nearly all large councils awards while small and medium councils struggled for recognition
Categories Categories Newsletter Published 4 times per year Website Must not be drastically redesigned between submission and judging Must be in use for last calendar year Social Media Must be in use for last calendar
