Challenges One of the suppliers has filed a lawsuit and The court ordered the administration of Tel iai district municipality not to conclude the procurement contract until the final decision of the court will be made. Latvia-Lithuania Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 www.latlit.eu
Challenges The main problem is the lack of time. The polluted soil is intended to be cleaned on site and the cleaning process may take a year or more depending on the weather conditions. Results reached We have received a positive decision on the procurement procedure on 26th of February, 2019. BUT.... The public procurement procedures are stopped till the appeal time will be over.
