Complaints 1) Go to a Client record. 2) Hover over Complaints related list and click on 3) New button. 2
5) To edit the record, click on a pen icon. 8) Update status of the Complaint as required. 6) Record details of the Complaint resolution. 7) Save. 4
Accidents/Incidents 1) Go to a Client record. 2) Hover over Accidents/Incidents related list and click on 3) New button. 5
Fill in the details of 7) Task and click 8) Save. You can also create a task related to Accident/ Incident record. Hover over Accidents/Incidents related list and click on 6) the record name. 7
Refusal of Medical Treatment 1) Go to a Client record. 2) Hover Refusals of Medical Treatment related list and click on 3) New button. 8
